Riad Richie
Professional Actor & Digital Creative
Riad is a multifaceted digital creative, professional actor, fight performer, musician and workshop practitioner. Since graduating with his BA Hons Degree from East 15 Drama School in 2013, he has been a consistent presence on both stage and screen, working with esteemed organisations like The Royal Shakespeare Company, Disney, Box Clever Theatre, Netflix, Birmingham Rep, the BBC, and MGM, amongst others. A Turning Point: Box Clever Theatre and Stage Combat
A pivotal moment in his career was his ongoing collaboration with Box Clever Theatre, a partnership he cherishes to this day. It was through this experience that Riad discovered the profound impact performance and facilitation could have on young adults. Thanks to Box Clever, he realised his vision of unifying teams through stage combat.
The Swiss Army Creative: Skills Beyond the Stage
Offstage, Riad’s digital creativity flourishes. He delves into video editing, sound editing, music production, web design, graphic design, content formatting, videography, and recently, AI consulting. Affectionately known as the ‘Swiss Army Creative’ and a Jack of all trades (master of most!), he admits his coding skills could use a little more polish.
Inspiration & Mindfulness: A Balanced Life
Growing up, action films, video games, and martial arts were not only crucial to Riad’s creative inspiration but also provided an emotional outlet. Throughout his career, the intense demands of his profession and time spent away from loved ones steered him towards maintaining mindfulness. He constantly explores ways to keep healthy in body, mind, and spirit, sharing his discoveries with peers in the industry.

With over a decade of professional experience, Riad aims to use his accumulated knowledge to assist others in finding a safe, expressive outlet through physical action — one team at a time.
Looking Forward: Building a Legacy
